Coukidis Emilios
Le Moulin Rouge St Tropez
Emilios COUKIDIS, French painter of Greek extraction, was
born on July 3, 1931 in Paris from which it painted the most beautiful sites:
the Moulin rouge, Montmartre, Notre Dame, the Tilleries,. First price of a school
of trade, raise with School Higher of applied art Appliqués of Paris in the
workshop of Volti, graduate by the Town of Cannes, graduate by the Ministry for
Culture of Belgium, graduate in Deauville price Rene Borel, first price " Memory
Pierre Toma ", member of Committee of Company of Beautiful Art of town of
Rueil Malmaison and member of Foundation Taylor (Association of painter
peintres, sculptor and architect). Emilios COUKIDIS discovers the passion of the
matter: copper, iron, stone and painting. After having worked a long time with
his/her friend Alain Bonnefoit, his steps are guided by Masters and friends such
Pedro Creixams, Jean Dufy, Gen Paul, Volti, Jean Joachim. All feel in him this
eternal battle between its great decency and the need to communicate the life of
the cities. Emilios COUKIDIS, which one could catalogue deans the "
Impressionists poetic " is a man and an artist who astonishes by his differences:
soft and calm times at the times impetuous and full with fire, it tries to restore the
life on the fabric. Its creation is single in the direction where each one of its
gestures is single; it is that which pushes it, today, to continue to paint, to be
expressed and Emilios COUKIDIS knows that its creation will meet somebody
who will react, which will like it. Filled by the effect which its fabric will produce, it
will be happy because it is a piece of itself which one will carry, that one will
prolong, very far after him!
